🪸 Ford Mondeo Mk4 Battery Specification

My Ford Mondeo 2009 won't start after it had a fuel filter change. A little back ground Car was giving starting problem some times and it will take more than 1 self to start. Few days ago it got worse and hence the battery went flat while I tried to start and it won't start at all. I initially thought battery was weak so bought a new Bosch What I couldn't tell though was if the battery was still being overcharged even with the plug unclipped from the alternator, because my poxy cheap-arse circuit tester only goes up to 12v. I removed the uncut blade and pushed the cut blade on in it's place. Like when I turn the ignition on, on the small pins of the control circuit in the relay socket appears "weak" 12V, but after inserting the relay does not start it. Buddy, check if there is mass or 12V, and it is important. Secondly, short the pins in the relay socket and see if it fires every time.
